LeadershipFPRA & Scholarship Info
LeadershipFPRA is a formal leadership program that provides FPRA members with the tools they need to become stronger leaders in their organizations, communities and local chapters.
Whether you are new to the industry or have practiced public relations for decades, LeadershipFPRA will equip anyone committed to learning with the leadership skills they need to succeed in their communities.
Program graduates are better equipped to function as professionals in their respective workplaces and the public relations industry. By participating in this program, you will also gain confidence and knowledge that will help strengthen your rightful seat at the boardroom table and allow you to grow further into leadership roles in FPRA and our community.
Tuition is $850 (not including travel and lodging) and the program consists of an orientation, five seminar-styled leadership training classes and a graduation ceremony. Class size is limited to 21 participants and consists of members from across the state.

The chapter scholarship:
- Covers one LeadershipFPRA tuition ($850)
- Does not cover any travel expenses
- Is open to all active Space Coast FPRA chapter members
- Applications to receive the Space Coast Scholarship are due by May 16, 2025.
- Applications to register for the program are due to state no later than June 23, 2025, and are separate from the Space Coast Scholarship application.
- Scholarship recipient must be accepted into the class for the scholarship to apply.
- Applicants will be notified of their program acceptance in early-July.

All applications must be submitted no later than Friday, May 16, 2025.
